Gift Aid

Make Your Donation Go Further — At No Extra Cost to You

At St Benedict the Thaumaturge Charity – “A Helping Hand”, every donation helps us provide vital support to vulnerable children, families, refugees, and disadvantaged communities. Through the UK Government’s Gift Aid scheme, your donation can make an even greater impact at no additional cost to you.

Gift Aid allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 donated by eligible UK taxpayers. This additional support helps us continue our mission of fighting poverty, supporting education, providing rehabilitation programmes, and developing clean water and community projects in Africa and beyond.

What Is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid is a government scheme that enables registered charities to reclaim tax on donations made by UK taxpayers.

For example:

  • If you donate £20, we can receive £25
  • If you donate £100, we can receive £125

This means your generosity goes even further in helping those who need support the most.
